Have a stereo and large speakers they can cart over to my place?  My Hispanic neighbors have company over.  They are playing the very stereotypical Hispanic music.  This normally wouldn’t bother me but IT IS VIBRATING MY WALLS AND THEY ARE TALKING YELLING AT EACH OTHER VERY VERY LOUDLY.

I’m all about ethnic cultures, and music, and entertainment BUT I DON’T WANT YOUR ENTERTAINMENT SPILLING OVER INTO MY PLACE. Thank you.
