I write, A LOT, but you will only see bits and pieces.

I LOVE plants and books. My "office" at home is filled with both.

As much as I try to fight it I will be the ruler of the Universe... Sorry, but it's going to happen.

I am a dreamer and often feel more comfortable in my own mind.

My heroes and the people I look up to are the imaginative creatures in my head.

Boulevard Chocolate Ale

Tonight is when Waldo Pizza was serving it . I ducked out a few minutes early from work to get there early. They had been serving it since they opened and were down 3 of the 6 kegs they had been given.

Let’s talk about the ale first. It’s a very ale smell and a smooth ale taste light on the chocolate at the beginning. Then the finish is BAM all chocolate. I enjoyed it greatly. Very smooth.

Now when I first arrived, I sat at the bar, they were in a lull at Waldo Pizza/Tap Room. So I sipped and savoured the ale. They were only giving one per person and 8 oz draws. After I finished the boulevard chocolate ale I switched to a O’fallan cocoa and cream stout, kicked back, and watched the show. By 4:30 there was a line at the bar. They had to call in help to keep up with the demand for the chocolate ale. I talked with people in line behind me.  I left at 5:30 and they were quickly burning through keg 5 of 6. Jake the bar tender was estimating to be finished by 6:30. I told him I didn’t want to be there when the finished.

As an aside: what’s up Kansas City? I saw a city bus pulled over with people in handcuffs and a school bus pulled over with kids handcuffed in the police cars. Is it crazy night?
